The course has no set office hours. Additional meetings with the Lecturer and/or the Teaching Assistant will be arranged as need arises.

The course audience are encouraged to contact both the Lecturer and the Teaching Assistant at all times, regarding any problem, concern, suggestion, or comment related to the course.

The preferred method of contact is email. A telephone conversation and/or a face-to-face meeting will be arranged as necessary.

Please put [OS Course] (including the square brackets) in the beginning of every email subject for easy message classification. Messages without this marker in the subject will have a much higher probability of ending up in a low priority folder or being classified as spam and ignored altogether.

Email communication implies a "best effort" quality of service, and a certain latency. If there is a real need to contact us urgently please inquire with the Secretariat of the Department of Computer Science regarding our phone numbers.
