I am a faculty member of the department of Computer Science at the University of Haifa.

Here is what I did before that:

I was a post-Doc in Barry Honig's Lab at the Department of Biochemestry and Molecular Biophysics at Columbia University. My funding was from HHMI.

I did (and completed) my PhD at the Department of Computer Science at Stanford University. My advisors were Leo Guibas from the Graphics Lab and Michael Levitt from Structural Biology. I also worked with Patrice Koehl. My office was in the beautiful Bio-X building (designed by Norman Foster). I was also part of the BioGeometry project.

I worked at Google Haifa.

And even before that -- my M.Sc. and B.Sc. at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1997 and I worked at CheckPoint and wrote firewalls.
